However my experience was nothing short of lack luster for sure. You would think with how overly priced everything is that you’d get some quality coffee and polite customer service if nothing else. The Staff seemed very uninterested and slightly annoyed, this i accredit to whatever manager or supervisor (female) who was on shift during my visit. I believe Atmosphere comes from the top and it was VERY CLEAR that every question, clarification or interaction with her was an inconvenience to her. Couple that with the lack of proper communication amongst staff as my order was slightly off due to the cashier not communicating with the other staff and you get a negative experience, the ONLY saving grace is that my bagel was ✨EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD✨ fresh eggs you can watch them crack an make, fresh baked bagels, and real bacon…YUM😋 Ultimately It’s honestly not worth the money, you could easily go to your local cafe (small owned business) and get the exact same order with better qualify coffee, pastries and moderately decent bagels for half the price if not less than what I paid today. But to each their own, I hope this helps.
