Saturday morning upon the completion of my recovery workout at the gym, I decided I would stop by at the Dutch Bros before heading to choir practice at my home church! My little sis and bro got the golden eagle regular latte and since I am working on my intake, I chose to go with a small Iced Golden Eagle Protein Latte, so very yummy by the way! Raymond took my order and I decided to pay it forward and tip the gentleman. When he realized this, he got so very excited and decided to also pay it forward. Although I was not expecting anything out of it, this truly made my day better. Thanks a lot for your energy and great customer service Raymond. KEEP IT UP. This location is life changing, the workers greet you like theyve known you for a decade, it’s like coming to a family reunion here, but with people you just met, i asked if theyve all known each other for so long because of the way they treat each other, but they told me they all just met each other a month ago. And the customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Not kidding. If you want the best coffee in the world, it’s at this location. Go here everyday and theyll know your drink by heart. p.s. those 2 workers raymond and eden, they know what theyre doing. Especially the other coworkers, they taught me so much in life. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
