My drink also tasted awful today, and the worker’s attitude made it even worse. She seemed more interested in chatting with a guy who was clearly there just for her than helping customers. When I offered to pay for another donut to get the correct one, she gave me attitude. This isn’t the first bad experience either, I’ve gotten rotten milk before and a foul tasting sausage in a wake-up wrap. The manager really needs to get involved and fix what’s going on here. Also, ironic that their sticker says “Love your order or we’ll make it again.” And “Make it right” because this location clearly didn’t get the memo.

Although the transaction was short they managed to create a lasting impact and I will definitely leave my neighborhood Starbucks for this above and beyond Dunkin’ Donuts. Thank you so much for making my morning ladies 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 iced pumpkin spice drink is also better 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼
