I usually order online for drive thru pick up and the workers are very fast with their service and friendly. I also love that that always give me a holiday cup because the other locations I went to didn't give me a holiday cup even when I ordered a holiday drink.

I clarified what I had actually ordered… There was a woman there, who looked Hispanic with light-colored hair, who was incredibly unfriendly and made gestures complaining about my change. I really don't understand why, if they don't like working with the public, they don't do it? There are millions of other jobs. Her attitude was truly rude. I went a few weeks ago, and her parents were visiting her at work, and that same employee was incredibly kind, almost like a different person… But today, her gestures made me want to throw my drink at her, and I'm usually a calm person 😅 I would have spoken to the manager, but I'm sure that these days they appoint people like her as managers simply because of how long they've been there, not because they're professionals, as they should be…
