  This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts! The service is good, food is hot and fresh. I am never disappointed when I go there.

  Morning crew sucks horrible. They sometimes make it right sometimes they don’t make it right. Coffee last few times has tasted like crap. Their munchkin have been horrible. I’ve ordered this whole week and for the wicked one and I ordered the WICKED variety one which is supposed to be all sprinkles, it came assorted, and few days ago I did assorted they only have me one flavor for all 10. They don’t answer and they don’t help at all. I’m not sure if the original manager the lady works there still or not but she was good. But this new crew morning and evening is horrible. Pretty sure this place is going to shit by next year. It’s GP so what do you expect.

  I usually like going to this location for the last few times with new workers in the morning service has been horrible. This last time I went made me want to place this review, I did a online order as usually for 2 drinks. There were no there cars in line or behind me, pulled up stated on line order and this same person was like just go to the front, when it could have been picked up at the window. I was like for what, it's just 2 drinks. Went to the front waited, still not cars in line. It was over 5 minutes. I got out cause I was on my way to a conference and had to do this quick stop and when I went in my drinks wax just sitting there on the counter with 4 workers in there not doing nothing. So I said give my drinks and was got off! The manager need to speak to these employees as I am a business owner, this was not acceptable!! Like someone purposely was taken ng their time.

  I love dunkin and they’re always so fast but there is always this one girl who always has an attitude problem. Never says “hello” and is very rude and just seems like she hates her job. I get her everytime I come in the drive through and I get so uncomfortable 😩. She wears glasses and has black short hair. It was my first time back here in months and it’s the same attitude issue.

  I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ for a while and have usually had positive experiences, which is why I took the time to fill out their customer survey. I even gave them a glowing review and appreciated that they offered a free donut in return — a nice gesture, or so I thought. When I went to redeem the coupon, I was told it couldn’t be accepted due to an expiration date that’s buried in the fine print. I get that rules are rules, but I was hoping that in the spirit of good customer relations — especially considering the positive feedback I gave — they might make a small exception. Instead, I was met with disinterested service from the cashier, who clearly didn’t care to hear the situation out. It’s disappointing, because I genuinely used to enjoy coming here. But after today, I won’t be returning. It’s clear that the customer service isn’t what I once believed it to be.
