- AVAmanda VasquezFeb 25, 20261.0I only come here because I came for the grand opening & had such a great experience. It was fun & the staff were nice. Now it is very different. Now this young girl with glasses is always looking miserable working. I went to use my coupons which I have never had an issue using & they wouldn’t allow me to use my coupons. Only one per customer , which is not stipulated on the book. I’ve been coming all year since the re-open & now I’m limited . I’m buying donuts & other things too! It’s really disappointing going through drive Thur or going in & having someone who is miserable at their job serve you. Customer service 101, shesh! They get annoyed with you asking things or if you don’t quickly place your order. The parking is connected with a car wash& convenience store.

- JOJinali OfficialNov 13, 20251.0Morning crew sucks horrible. They sometimes make it right sometimes they don’t make it right. Coffee last few times has tasted like crap. Their munchkin have been horrible. I’ve ordered this whole week and for the wicked one and I ordered the WICKED variety one which is supposed to be all sprinkles, it came assorted, and few days ago I did assorted they only have me one flavor for all 10. They don’t answer and they don’t help at all. I’m not sure if the original manager the lady works there still or not but she was good. But this new crew morning and evening is horrible. Pretty sure this place is going to shit by next year. It’s GP so what do you expect.
