  went at 4:30pm on 2/26. 99% sure it’s the same cashier all of these reviews are about. dark haired girl in the cashier window with her star pimple patches. every time I go to that Dunkin she’s rude as hell. always looks bothered. always rolls her eyes. told her I had a reward for a drink, she scanned my phone then swatted my phone away with her hand gesture and continued to tell me my total. I told her multiple times I had a reward and she just goes “well there’s nothing on there.” I have literally never encountered her on a good day, it always seems that she’s having the worse day ever.

  The cashier from drive-through was so freaking rude to me and my husband. On Google it says that they close at nine but it was barely 8PM and she didn’t have no donuts. nothing!!!!!! and she said she threw them away already. She had an attitude and she was so rude she doesn’t know how to give good customer service I don’t know why she is there. She was ready to go so if you don’t have nothing by 8 you need to close at eight and not Nine. I love Dunkin’ Donuts and I would never go back to that one, and never have I experienced this before at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Do not go there they will not give you any good customer service, don’t waste your time and your money. The only thing that you can order by 8 is only drinks.

  1/28/26 at approximately 9:30 a.m., I visited your drive-through and ordered a large hot coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The manager on duty, along with one other employee working at the time, were both rude. I was not given hot, fresh coffee, nor was I provided with a receipt. Because of this, I was forced to park and go inside to have my coffee remade. When I entered the store, I was not greeted at all, despite being the only customer present. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. When the coffee was finally remade, it was placed on the counter abruptly and with clear attitude, as if I had done something wrong simply by asking for a correct order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers are treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.
