  Ordered online ahead of arrival. Food wasn't even started when we arrived (about twenty minutes). Took an additional 30 minutes of waiting to get it. And they didn't give us all of our $80 order. I write this for whomever owns or manages this. Get your house in order. This is not an acceptable way to run your business. Will not return. About 2:40-3:20 Sunday afternoon 2/15.

  10/10 chicken & dumplings. Service is al always great. Staff is very friendly. We enjoy popping in for a quick treat with the Grandkids.

  Stopped in to grab a late dinner for the family it was a cold rainy night. After getting home to central Arlington we discovered part of our order was incorrect unfortunately. Which is bound to happen from time to time but where they stood out was in service after the fact. We called in spoke to manger on duty Claudia and after just a short explanation. We where reassured out would be made right same night or another night if we didn't want to get back out. In a time when so many places give you such a hard time and some flat out refuse to fix their mistakes this was a welcome surprise. Claudia was outstanding the next evening for us and we would definitely take our business back.

  Wasn't busy when we got there but quickly started getting busy. Food was pretty good except the XL Chili dog. Chili appeared and tasted old and over cooked. And the hot dog was very light colored leading me to believe that it wasn't beef. The tacos were really good as was the chicken strips and gravy. Service wasn't bad. And I liked dealing with a human rather than a computer monitor.
