  I do not like buffalo wild wings ...never have. However, I am so glad I met with friends to watch a game at the grand prairie location. The service was excellent, and I was floored. There was only one bartender on duty during the steelers game and I was certain we were going to have a bad time. The energy this kid had was amazing! Hustling and moving, never missed a beat. Even after he messed up someone else's payment, he managed to have it sorted in like 3 minutes. I manage a small bar and even asked him how happy he was and tried to steal him! Cody is quite possibly one of the best bartenders I've met in a long time. He turned down my offer because he really loves his job and is actually loyal to the company he works for. Y'all better take care of that one. He mentioned that he was just helping out at that location. I'm going to have to go all the way to cedar hill from now on. We will definitely be back to see him.

  If I could give a 0 star I would, food took about an hour after we ordered, the appetizer which was chips and salsa took about 40 minutes to arrive, the server checked up on us about let me see, ONE time. I will not be returning. I hope yall have a better experience than I did (this was the 2nd time I’ve came and I’ve gotten the same lack of service) 0 star. Also why are yall out of dishes? P.s it was not a busy night. Goodnight.

  This was this worst experience of my life our food was cold the kids were waiting for ever just for a drink our appetizer came out cold with our cold food our server jasmine was horrible we had to ask for refills the service was horrible she not once checked on us in between waiting for food and even after we received it there was a girl standing at the to go register was giving us dirty looks all night long only one waiter was helpful I wish I got his name to give at least him credit but all in all this was horrible and even after multiple time asking for my rewards to be put on my bill it still was not done

  Had a bad experience with the waitress not checking up, misrepresenting what was available and how long the wait for food was. Talked to Jay the manager and he was very respectful and handled the situation for us. Very satisfied with the service in the end.

  They took too long for my carryout order and they did not accept my BWW gift card which had money on it. I live five minutes away, but my food was already lukewarm when I opened it up.
