A simple and quick purchase of 74 dollars of some fast items I needed for work and home and short on time and the quick express machine locks up on me. It took the transaction but didn't print me a receipt. I didn't have my phone on me as I left it at home. The stores team tries their best and the machine stood frozen. They can't let me go with my purchase and can't refund me without taking more of my time for me to go back to the store for the refund. It is a horrible process as I will have to wait 2 days for a refund because they wouldn't let me take my paid groceries home. Never again. Nearest HEB, because Kroger sucks
