- SSSabrina Sanchez6 days ago2.0I visit this location almost EVERYDAY and today was my last , i got a text previously about them giving away something and i love 7 brew things i even have the ornament in my car lol , i work at 7 am which is when the give aways started i asked the lady taking my order would it be ok if i got one cause i wasnt able to be there at 7 due to work i was about 45 min early another girl came from behind and was like " oh ! no we arent allowed to just give them away " as if in 45 min they werent going to be doing that anyways i did make a purchase as i do almost every morning. i asked could i purchase one and shes like no we are gonna run out before 9am. and i get it it shouldnt be a big deal but i go here alot and the way i was treaiting rub me really wrong she acted like i was asking to just be given it i did purchase something which was a qualification of receving something from them. i just felt like it could have been addressed differnetly. as much as i love thier drinks i wont be back for a while and would not recommend due to the staffs attitude. AND AGAIN I KNOW IT SHOULDT BE SO SERIOUS BUT ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPEND MONEY HERE AND I FELT LIKE JUST BECAUSE I WAS 45 MIN EARLIER THAN WHEN YOU COULD HAVE BEEN GIVING THEM OUT I WAS TALKED TO SO DISRESPECTUFULLY.

- KHKerriona HoskinsDec 22, 20252.0Been going there for 3 years now same location, and never had a bad experience till today, I was speaking with the lady at the 1st lane about how to get my points transferred over and I handed her my free drink cards( since I been going it's always been any size so I didn't look at it when I got it)she said it was only for medium so I asked if I could pay the difference that's when a small tall blonde girl from the machine came out with an attitude( cause I guess the machine been beeping for some time) telling use with the worst attitude that we should have read them before we got there and then accused us of have an attitude. I pay $20 to $50 a time I go and I feel so disrespected and embarrassed I probably won't be returning anytime if that's the new attitude at 7 brew
