  I have been an El Pollo Loco customer going on 25 years and this has to be the worst one. Service was not good and the chicken was dry. Super disappointed

  They hardly put any meat on the plates wether its a burrito or a bowl. How are they going to charge $16bucks for a shrimp and chicken bowl but only put 4 little cubes of chicken and 3 shrimp?! Also like other reviews have mentioned the chicken is super overcooked and dry.

  Great experience here with the food, came about 4 times. Definitely will be coming back.

  Went through drive thru and ordered the shrimp tacos , got them home and the tortillas were like rock hard chips. The tacos were cold and wrapped up as if they were old or just thrown together. Disgusting!!!!! 13.00 for 2 tacos a coke and chips they should at least be decent right? Tried calling to let them know and of course no one answers at all. I'd like to bring this up to Managers if possible. We shouldn't have to check our food in the drive thru order line to make sure our food is fresh and what we ordered.
