  I’ve been patronizing this particular shop/ company for some time now when I want to get a bagel today around 12.20 pm - I was not pleased with how I was treated by the manager…I live near by so it’s convenient at times … This isn’t the first time , however the only time I will talk about the Manager/ Supervisor who oversees the shop- she is so rude… I’ve been getting a bagel with butter for about 2 weeks now maybe only like 2 days so in total 4 times … and each time I’ve gotten a bagel toasted with butter for $2.89 … however today she was being just kinda snappy and decided to charge me an extra .99 I guess for the butter . She has been kinda up charging me in the past for breakfast sandwiches while the rest of her team, employees. Are polite and the just make sense. I’ve been bringing $3.00 in to the store because now I just get a bagel with butter but in all . I hated how Condescending she was and snobby at how I was refusing to pay an extra .99 for butter as I only had $3.00 on me because I’ve been paying $2.89 for some weeks now. She was not pleasant and to come to think of it she hardly is. I’m not tripping off .99 but don’t keep changing the price when it’s convenient to your mood/ not over some damn Butter! Do better because I’ve purchased many bagels from you for my job and I’m a reward customer / but that particular manager is so mean. And the damn Blueberry Bagel was still dry so you were going to charge me and not even butter it.. smh Do better !!

  Love the bagels they are always delicious, customer service is fine nothing special, and the building is small so there is only select seating, more of a grab and go spot.

  Definitely come here for a bagel to start your day off right. Friendly workers and quiet atmosphere. The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. My only recommendation is to add Dr. Pepper as a drink option. I tried a twice baked hashbrown and had a bagel with ham and swiss cheese.
