  Nothing has improved since my last visit. Ordering was smooth, but the experience at the window was disappointing. I waited about five minutes without any greeting, and the staff seemed more focused on personal conversations than customer service. The woman at the window did not greet me and simply handed me my drink without saying anything. Unfortunately, my order was also incorrect (missing the soft top and added flavors). At that point, I didn’t feel it was worth asking for a remake given the slow service. Overall, a frustrating experience and not surprising based on past visits.

  Came by this morning and the line was long but my wife really wanted to try it! So glad we did, we got our drinks out quick! I tried a nitro and my wife got a banana coffee with cinnamon that the nice barista recommended! This place is awesome, the music was good and the whole group was smiling and singing happy birthday to another person, you can tell they want to be there! Thanks Grand Prairie for adding Dutch brothers! Oh can’t forget they also have food for a quick bite I got a sausage sandwich and my wife got bacon, I liked hers best.

  Was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being 6 minutes. Employess are on the move! Working hard. Always busy! Lovely workers, very kind and professional.

  I went to Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time and it will absolutely be my last. I waited 15–20 minutes in a completely disorganized drive-thru just to get a plain black coffee. There was no clear structure to the line, and at one point another car even tried to cut in front of me because of how chaotic it was. When I finally got to the window, the employee was more focused on talking to me about my dogs in the car (which I said thank you for complimenting them) than actually doing his job. I saw what looked like milk being added to a drink and asked to make sure it wasn’t mine since I ordered a black coffee and he was coming near the drive through window. Instead of answering normally, he got annoyed and then started talking about me to a coworker right in front of me, saying I was being rude..?! I told two different employees multiple times that I heard him, and I wasn’t being rude and was just making sure I was getting the correct order, and I even pointed out that I could hear him bad-mouthing me. Both of them were completely dismissive and didn’t care at all. As someone who used to be a barista in the past as well, this was actually really horrible customer service. After all that, the coffee itself wasn’t even good. For something as basic as a black coffee, it was honestly underwhelming and not worth the wait or the attitude. Between the long wait, the lack of organization, and the unprofessional behavior, this was a terrible first and last experience.
