  Never have jelly filled or cream filled and takes a good 20 minutes to be served and another 20 minutes to get order

  This is my favorite Dunkin donuts location. I arrived about 830 pm. They couldn't serve me a kolache because they weren't cooking anymore. So I got a refresher and glazed donuts. Im having major surgery in a day and I picked this as my final treat. Unfortunately they forgot the glaze. They served me old dried donuts and just threw them in a bag. They could if just said they didn't look good and I would of understood instead of wasting my money.

  I tried placing an order yesterday on the mobile app I was planning on ordering 2 refresher drinks but when I went to change the milk choice on one of them for some reason it automatically payed for my order and added even more drinks to it so I tried canceling my order to no avail I tried calling the store and AGAIN no avail so I went to the actual location to go see if I could get my refund for the drinks that I didn’t want but when I got there I wasn’t greeted or anything the guy working the drive thru had his headphones in and just stared waiting for us to say something I finally told him what had happened and he just turned around and left that’s whenever another guy appeared and asked what happened and I ended up explaining to him my situation and again he just turned around and left finally a few minutes later the first guy comes back and finally takes off his headphones and I once again re explain the whole situation to him he asked to see an actual recite but I told him we didn’t have one since it was through mobile he then calls his manager which then tells us to come back the next day I ask if we can at least get the items we got since we couldn’t get a refund and he gave us the drinks but said they didn’t have any apple fritters I asked if we could get something else in exchange and he just said he didn’t know we drove off after that and came back the next morning I waited in line for a while as the rest of the employees just stared (again not even greeting their customers) I finally went up to the counter and asked one of the girls if I could talk to the manager and a few a few more minutes the manager finally came out (once again I wasn’t greeted) I finally told her what had happened (now mind you she was the one who said to come back in the morning) and she stared at me all confused I told her that I had the order history on my phone and that she could see it if she wanted too long story short the entire time she was giving me attitude and was just being very unprofessional she said she wasn’t able to give me a refund so I told her if she could at least just give me the apple fritter that I didn’t receive the day before and she just turned around and snatched it with such attitude and gave it to me very rudely Honestly this whole situation wasn’t about the refund it wasn’t even about the apple fritter it was just the fact that everyone working there was so incredibly rude and disrespectful it’s like they don’t know what proper educate is I am very disappointed overall this isn’t the first time that this location has let me down honestly my advice to everyone who plans to go here is just save your money and go somewhere else that way you can avoid being treated in such manner

  Closed 45 mins before posted time. Guy inside just starring at me when I was trying to ask if they are still open. Turned away 3 other patrons.
