    The food was great and fast but I have to say the manager here “Klyer”? I believe his name was, was extremely rude to his own co-workers. For this I have to leave a one star, in hopes the operator of this chic-fil-a sees this comment and hopefully corrects his behavior. He spoke down on multiple staff.

    Hit or miss with them, more than often food is lukewarm & not fresh, hopefully they will do better, but I will say the customer service is good although the food is OK

    I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. The staff seemed to pick and choose which customers they checked on, asking some tables if their food was okay while completely skipping ours multiple times. It made us feel overlooked and honestly unwelcome. We spent our hard-earned money here just like everyone else, so it’s frustrating to not be treated with the same level of care and attention. Customer service should be consistent for everyone, not based on who employees feel like interacting with. I hope this location works on treating all customers equally, because no one should leave feeling ignored.

    Disappointing service! After we entered the drive-through line, the employee who takes orders outside checked and confirmed our Uber pickup order in the system. The woman employee and her coworkers exchanged looks and began discussing the order as I reached the window and told her the pickup order name. We were behind 6 cars. The woman returned to the window and said, They just got the order and need time to make it, which is completely meaningless knowing how the man in the drive-through had already confirmed the order. They obviously forgot about it. The woman then told me to park, and when the food gets ready, they will bring it out. We waited in the parking lot with other cars who were waiting for their food as well. we thought it wouldn't take long for the fast-food restaurant to prepare nuggets and a burger meal. I just parked where they told us to do so and waited for the order, which was next to other cars. I would have waited inside if the dining room wasn't closed. Even though it was a pickup order, I figured that our turn would come after the other cars that were already waiting. After receiving their food, the cars started to leave, but we never got our pickup order. We waited for twenty to thirty minutes. We would have rejoined the drive through line after a few minutes if the employee had told us to do so, but she told us to wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out when it gets ready. We drove around one more time after other cars left and we still hadn't received the food, and the staff members were just staring at one another. They simply signal that it is closed with their hand. When we showed them the Uber app pickup order, a staff came forward to open the window to told us that the store was closed. They also thrown away the meal because they had forgotten we were waiting. How could they forget after they make us wait thirty minutes with other cars and continue bringing others order but not us who is also waiting on same spot. If they have an order that needs to be picked up, they should at least check outside in the parking lot and check to see if they may have forgotten to give someone their order before tossing food. After waiting for twenty minutes, the notification The food is ready for pickup showed on the Uber app. The woman said they would bring out the food, so we waited for a few more minutes in the hopes that they would, but they didn't, so we went around the drive through. We didn’t even know that the restaurant is already closed. It was an Uber pickup order while we were waiting for pickup order and the customer was waiting for their food, they simply decided to throw it and say, sorry. As delivery drivers, it cost us time and money. Next time, before throwing out food or closing the store, think about checking the cars that are waiting outside to see if you might have missed someone. Don't only make excuses or apologize.
