- RIR IntaMar 11, 20261.0I should've looked at the reviews before doing an online order. I ordered a boxed cake and paid early in the morning before they opened for a pick up time of 230pm. When we went to pick it up, they didnt have the cake. No one called to notify me, they had all day to call me. My number was on the receipt. So why was i able to order it online in the first place? When asked to be refunded, the guy didnt know how to do and the manager was not present and gone for the day. The guy tells us that we have to come back with the card in order to get the refund? Why? Why couldnt the manager do a refund online? I have never heard anything like this before. Never again!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
