  Friendly staff but I was told they didn't have any tea because they were about to close. It was 9:30 PM on a Wednesday night. I said oh sorry I thought y'all closed at 11:00 PM. No big deal I chose a different drink but the chicken was burnt and rock hard as were my cheese sticks. The meal was inedible. I bit the cheese stick and think I chipped a tooth. Note to self don't go here at night especially at 9:30 when they are an hour and a half away from closing (yes the hours posted on the drive through window said they were open till 11:00 PM)

  I want to know what Arby’s classifies as bacon, I took pictures of my receipt as well as the “bacon” they added to my sandwich. it is either severely undercooked bacon or it is ham. either way, the meat looks questionable. The chicken was old. but I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to remake it. But I would like someone from upper management to contact me regarding this matter. I don’t want a refund or remake. I want an explanation on what was put on my food and whether it was even cooked or not.

  How do I rate service when I order in parking lot got out of my car went in got food and walked out all in the span of 3mins or less. For the majority of my order it was cold, old, greasy, and burnt tasting especially the cobbler roll, potato cakes, fish sandwich and mozzarella sticks yuck! The arby classic roast beef and fish sandwich was cold no warmth at all let alone heat. I am so madddd!!!! Just pissed! Why would you sell customers this mess you knew that food was old or you over cooked it, I'm going with old as you know what! I want my money back! Minus the double cheddar that one was hot and I believe that was because of the cheese sauce. Let me tell you that cobbler roll like rubber and hard all those fried items hard as a rock and cold. Again those items were all cooked way before I got there. $23 of crap shame shame shame on you all for serving this disgusting so call food.

  Drive thru is consistently just awful. Several times I’ve sat there and they don’t say anything. They are obviously managed very poorly. 3 different times I just drove away and ate somewhere else. And I really like Arby’s. But I won’t ever go back to this one. If I owned it I’d like to know that my staff is literally running people off. Never seen anything like it. FYI. 🤷‍♂️

  Food was great as usual.ordered online when I arrived food was ready still warm and great.deffinatly 5 stars.
