My husband and I have been loyal customers at the Grand Prairie location and always had great service.
Friday 4/17 night was different. My husband had gone to get me a drink and though the line was long , this location is usually great with fast and friendly service so wait time was no issue. My husband was skipped in line by Landon, causing delays for everyone behind him. Another barista had to come out the stand to take his order once he was at the very front. Our drink was remade wrong 3 times !!!! and in the end, it still came out missing the caramel drizzle and toasted marshmallow cold foam. My husband had asked Landon if the drink was correct before grabbing it and leaving and in response all he got was an unsure “Yes”. Upon me receiving the drink, I was quickly able to tell it was wrong. I went back to the location this time and sure enough Landon was the one to take my order this time. When I explained what had just happened with my husband and my frustration, Landon didn't apologize and just asked me for my phone number to put in for a new order of my last drink then pointed me to pull forward. I have it on video, and its really disappointing to experience this compared to the usual friendly and fast service we always receive.

Man I love me some 7 Brew! You can’t go wrong with an iced blondie with cold foam and caramel drizzle. Whether I get one in Batesville, AR or Grand Prairie, TX, it’s always spot on! Great service, fun staff, quality products, and (considering the economic cesspool that is 2026) reasonable prices.

We did not order food, just drinks. The service was quick and our barista was super friendly. We had a great conversation about camping, white water rafting and paddle boarding while waiting for our drinks.

I’m writing to report a very concerning experience I had today at your location on Saturday, March 28th around 10:00 a.m.
I ordered a Hummingbird, no cream, and I was in the far right lane waiting at the shack window for my drink. While watching the barista prepare to hand me my drink, I clearly saw her take a towel/cloth, wipe the side of my cup, then wipe the countertop, and then proceed to wipe the top/lid area of my drink with that same dirty cloth.
That is highly unsanitary.
The top of the cup/lid is the exact area where a customer places a straw or drinks from, and using a rag that has just been used on the counter and other surfaces is unacceptable from a food safety and hygiene standpoint.
I addressed it politely in the moment and told her that what she did was not hygienic and that I did not want that drink. However, I am fairly certain the drink was simply taken back and the lid may have been swapped rather than the entire drink being remade, which made the situation even more concerning.
This is not just about poor service — this is a health and sanitation issue.
I understand that many of your team members are young and that turnover may be high, but that makes proper training even more important. Your staff should absolutely know that anything used to wipe down counters or surfaces should never be used on a customer’s drink, especially the lid.
I did not appreciate the way this situation was handled, and the overall experience was disappointing and unsettling. I’m asking that this be taken seriously and used as a coaching and training opportunity so this does not happen to another customer.
