Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
20 minutes for a cinnamon roll and an iced coffee. Had to remind them of my order and still took a while. Staff super unorganized, restaurant dirty and no one cleaning it. Very frustrating, just wanted some energy before I take a long drive home. 20 minutes…

We have gone here 2x now and the first time they literally were out of everything ie.. sodas, chicken wings and chicken sandwiches. We left without ordering.. we went back today and the food was so old and over cooked . I got the spicy chicken sandwhich there was hardly any sauce on it and it was super crisp to the point I didnt finish it. We also ordered wings and they didnt give us any silverware and no napkins we got it too go.

The food is decent could be better it's greasy or unsalted I've had quite a few tasteless fries that could have passed for stale
The service could definitely be better not very friendly just quick to the point
The atmosphere is over crowded people staring you down for taking up bigger seating because the smaller seating is packed full
It can be welcoming but not very often

Took them 45 minutes to get my my food after they forgot my order and had to remake it because they never made it in the first place, very crappy service.

When we first moved to Granbury, this location was phenomenal everytime we went in. Over the past few weekends, I have noticed service has essentially gone down hill. From "wrong" orders to "rude" employees. Its like there was a shift in leadership.. this last weekend particularly just made me not want to eat there again. When employees, that are being paid to do a job are just rude/hateful it really makes you question why you're supporting a business to begin with.
