  So I will start off with... the gentleman/employee at the register had complained about the ac being broken so I am sure that didnt help this whole issue. My family was eating here for about 30 mins and witnessed 4 different altercations with the cashier and 3 different customers and workers. He started off cussing to a staff member about the frosty machine being broken. Also the fountain machine was completely out of DP and coke items. Then this cashier started yelling at a Uber pick up lady because Wendy's was out of the lemonade the customer ordered, so she then asked for strawberry lemonade and he got very rude and said nope you owe me .50 for that. Excuse me you are out make a customer happy and just give her the damn lemonade. He sat there arguing with this pore pick up lady for at least 5 mins about the lemonade. She leaves and said she couldn't believe how he spoke to customers. Then this staff member was speaking to another staff member complaining about this and started to yell at the other staff member and proceed to call him stupid as he walked off. For the other staff member he was very calm and walked off before it escalated. Then this happens this video was part of the altercation. The customer took happy meals up there because they ran out of toys and it leads to a huge screaming match. My thing is as a manager you see this employee get into 3 other issues before this and you dont make him leave..this is just disgusting children had to witness this craziness. By far the worst wendys we have ever gone to!

  Food is excellent always great nice hot fries aren't always fresh though friendly employees and the atmosphere is great

  This evening around 620pm, a young man working the drive thru window, was very polite and thoughtful while assembling my order. He thought to put all the condiments and utensils into the takeout bag without me having to even ask for them. I wish I had gotten his name but Thank you for providing great service.

  They totally messed up both our orders. It was correct on the receipt but when we got our food it was not correct. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and got fried chicken! My friend got a wrap they put mayo on both and that was wrong!I'm taking the food back!!! We went thru there drive thru. We didn't have time to go back so we didn't have anything to eat!!

  4/3/26 10:35am Pulled into the drive thru. Sat for 3 minutes no answer. Drove around building. Employee standing in first window just staring into space. Sale lost. Ill go somewhere who actually want my $.
