Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? No greeting when you walk in the door, any customer unable to figure out the kiosk just won’t eat I guess.
The kiosk must be manufactured by the same company that does the ice cream machines because it NEVER prints a receipt! We sat down at our table to wait for our food, the lady comes over and dumps the tray on our table and says oh you had a drink? Walks away, grabs a cup, sets it down on our table and turns and walks away. At what point if we needed ketchup or napkins or anything, does anybody ever ask us Is there anything else that we can get you or is everything OK or hey thanks for coming in and eating with us today. Absolutely nothing! Meanwhile, every employee that was behind the counter and in the prep area was having super loud personal conversations and laughing and carrying on, and there’s a lobby full of people standing around waiting for their food or coming in from the drive-thru because their order was not correct, and nobody could get any service, heaven forbid you say excuse me to get someone’s attention, then you’re met with an attitude and a really snarky remark. Y’all got all that time to have all these conversations and do all this laughing, but you don’t have time to worry about your customers nor do you have time to serve them hot food. We literally had to go back up to the counter and request new fries because ours were cold. Worst experience ever!

The lobby has no music playing. So while my family was dining we had the pleasure of hearing these young men working the line and drive through talking about hook-ups, saying the F word loud enough for us all to look up from our food and at each other. I have over a decade in food service and I am ashamed for whoever is in charge of this staff. I would seriously consider starting from scratch at this point, minus a few innocent employees. I would love to have a chat in more detail if this location actually cares about it's reputation. Thanks!

Everytime I go theough the drive thru and order the fries are cold. I hate cold fries.

Manager was very rude in the window. The person taking my drive thru order couldn’t seem to get his head on straight and managed to mess up the entire order when the manger comes to the window she expects me to take the food that I specified I wanted certain things added even tho they were not added and when I said no she threw a fit and started yelling. Night crew is horrible yall need to figure it out
