The restaurant was very clean with lots of good places to sit, the lady taking our order was attentive and made sure that everything was correct, and she even helped my grandmother figure out how to work the drink machine. While we were eating, the manager came and checked on us and spent some time talking with the kids. He was very personable and kind. We will definitely eat here again. Food was good, and customer service was awesome!!

Mostly dedicated to drive thru and then they'll take care of the people at the counter. The soda machine is broken most of the time or not working properly. Disappointing!

Because we had been traveling for over an hour to get to Granbury, my husband needed to go to the men's room real quick. While he was in there, what I witnessed was absolutely appalling!!!! An employee was having an issue with her register. The manager on duty was being SUPER hateful to her and even accused her of doing "something illegal" to the register. She kept saying she didn't and seemed like she was in the verge of tears. I think they couldn't seem to get the keypad to work. This jerk kept threatening her job while telling her she was pushing on the "buttons" too hard. He said stuff like, "What am I going to do with you Rhonda? And "I don't know if you're going to be able to continue to work here." We ended up walking out without ordering. He the one that needs to be fired. You don't treat people like that. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
