As she runs around complaining about how busy she has been, throwing mop water all over the floor with no wet floor sign posted. Then she says "we have been so damn busy, I am hurrying to get the hell out of here".I get being busy as I worked in fast food 15 yrs, and get how overwhelmed one can feel. When Ms. Selena (no name tag worn so I asked her what her name was as she rudely was yelling and rushing customers). In fact as I am writing this a customer had a question about their food and she yells to him, we are working on it, thats why its not on the tray yet. That gentleman profusely apologized to her and she just huffed and puffed and walked away mumbling something. I was told by a regular costumer to reach out to the manager and she would deal with it, I am hoping she sees this and does as she sees fit for her store and her CUSTOMERS that pay Ms. SELENAS PAYCHECK !! Such a pretty store for such ugly service!!!

She yells at me and anyone every time I go in. Slams keys and just makes it such an unpleasant experience. Every time someone leaves the register they’re either shaking their head or talking quietly about it. Idc what her problem is I just need her to fix it before someone takes it personal.
