I took it back up the counter and the shift supervisor gladly redid my order, when it was my fault. The young girl at the counter was very sweet. I can overhear her apologizing to customer over a machine that was not working. Offering other items to remedy the lack of. District manager or facility management, please provide support in being sure the machines are in working order. I can see that there is teamwork here. I called the store and told them about they thought I was pranking them. The lady I talked to was so rude and hung up on me. If you don't want to get poisoned don't go here
