- NCNeil CampbellNov 5, 20251.0ordered two combos, one didn't get the toppings as ordered , the other they didn't put in as combo and wouldn't let me pay for an extra fry at the window. they said i had to go back around wait in line and reorder. i went inside and ordered, and watched my fry sit in the heat rack for a few minutes before they finally gave it to me. then finally got home and my sandwich had no bun. 😔 they definitely closed the wrong one in town

Ordered a large iced coffee they gave me a med instead and only filled it up half way. I was supposed to get a monopoly play piece with my drink but I dont cause they gave me the wrong size. The wait is way longer than it should have been.

I don’t want to be mean but every time we go through there it’s always something that isn’t correct and the staff doesn’t care or listen. This is ridiculous, I guess from now on we will hold the line up while we check the bag!!
