No action has been taken to keep this man out of the store. It is disappointing that HEB management at the store level and corporate level (L&P) continue to allow a current Granbury resident that is a Dallas PD officer into the store to stalk, threaten and harass an employee. This has happened on more than one occasion. Why has he not been banned and criminally trespassed? I know with him being LEO that he is always armed and with him being volatile I will not be comfortable coming back into your store. Why are you not protecting your employees (not sending them home for a few days) and other paying customers? I will not put myself and possibly grandchildren that I occasionally have with me in a situation to where we are in danger. Do better HEB!!
- JJJWFeb 15, 20261.0This HEB cutbside is terrible and CONSTANTLY out of the sale items in the weekly ads. I always get substitutions that are twice as expensive or they just claim they have NOTHING left! Like sorry, we have no more chicken, no more pork, we have to do things in house, we don't get shipments, blah blah blah... you are HEB, a grocery store, your one job is to have the food!! I have not ONCE been able to order meat from them and get what I have ordered! They are always "out" and they tell me if I ordered at a different time it might be in stock! So the HEB brand chicken I ordered today that is an ad on their weekly sale is out until Tuesday when the sale ends?? What? They substituted the EXACT same product, but because the package was smaller and not a value pack they charged me 5.99 a pound instead of 2.99 a pound. Exact.same.thing. My final bill was going to be TWENTY TWO dollars more with the substitutions for less than half the meat I originally ordered (half the chicken amount at twice the price and no pork substitution at all) Do better!

It’s happened a few times, not to mention the guy is a cop, Joesph McComas for Dallas Police Department. Police needs to be called on erratic behaviors, no matter who it is.
