Shoutout to my cashier, Chris S., and the bagger/runner who assisted me, Tori (I think it was Tori M.). Amazing customer service—so kind and truly delivered above & beyond help. I didn’t feel like coming to the store, as today has been rough. I’m so glad I went because I met them! They represent HEB well, and team members like this are the heartbeat of the store. God bless you both!

My wife and I love coming to HEB in Grandbury. We come here every time we come visit Grandbury. On December 26th we came to HEB on the way home. When we got there, I heard classic rock. There you go. I really enjoyed my grocery shopping while listening to classic rock.

been buying food here for 8 years, going almost every two days. Today, I felt discriminated against while shopping here. Over 90% of the staff are extremely friendly. A few months ago, I bought beef here; the outside price was $4.75 a pound, and I asked the butcher manager for a box, but the price was $5.49 a pound. Since I needed it, I didn't bother arguing. Today, I bought pork, which was limited to two pieces per person. Here's what happened: when I went to pay, the butcher manager followed me to calculate the bill and told the staff that there was a limit of two pork pieces. Then, he whispered something to me, implying I was being taken advantage of because I didn't speak English. Then, a staff member came up and impatiently told me there was a limit of two pieces per person and quickly took the pork away. I was thinking of just going back, but I felt uncomfortable and wanted to buy four, so I asked a manager wearing glasses if I could buy four. He confirmed that there was a limit of two per person. But I want to ask why others can buy six pieces of pork and four ribs without being bothered? I'll post photos of other people's purchases later to prove my point. Their scratch-off lottery machine also had problems. Four months ago, I bought some scratch-off tickets there, and the machine emptied $100 of my money, producing 10 sets of 2-piece scratch cards. It hasn't worked since.
