- TPTeresa PurgasonFeb 6, 20261.0The first delivery driver pulled up with the bass booming so hard on his radio, and waited for me to come to his car, then handed my food from across the car through the passenger side window. We get the pizza in and it is made incorrectly. I called the store and asked for it to be remade and brought out to us with a different delivery driver. I explained why, of course. He was more than irritated about it. Oh well! Everyone wants what they ordered! Period! Then the next delivery driver comes out blaring his radio. We asked him to not do that when in our small neighborhood. Especially when engaging with a customer. He went off, raising his voice at me. Complaining he made a 10 mile trip without a tip!! Seriously? I told him it was not our fault that they made my food incorrectly. He continued to raise his voice and finally walked off. What has happened to true customer service?! So rude. Satisfaction guaranteed.....My foot!!!
