  I came in around 7:30 pm, which is over 5 hours before closing time, for an order on the app but they said they had ran out of the food. This wouldn’t be such a big deal but this happens EVERY time I go past like 6 pm. I obviously asked for a refund so they told me to do it through the app because they can’t do it in the store but I swear I’ve been able to get refunded for the same issue before, they could’ve changed rules however. The worker telling me what to do also didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing but at least she was nice. This is probably the worst Taco Bell you could go to.

  If you want your food in the bottom of bag and not where it needs to be go there. The manager has no clue what she is doing. And the needs to find another profession then fast food.

  I really don't like the AI at the drive thru speaker. You can't even discuss what to order without it telling you "I do understand. Would you like to order." I will go inside next time. The staff at the window were polite and went over my order to make sure it was correct. The food was the typical Taco Bell standard.
