  There are times I have to question people's ability to read, write, and communicate, much less push a few buttons. If you can put an order in correctly and read it back correctly, how does it come out to the customer exactly the opposite of what's been ordered?? No ketchup, no cheese...has both. Hmmm, someone's elevator doesn't go all the way to the top!! Only chance I had to grab a meal today. $6 All American Smash Meal, 3pm.

  I pull up with 3 cars there and wait close to 7-10 minutes to get my order taken, probably because half of them were outside conversating with someone. Finally get my order and surprise it was wrong so I called them back to fix it and I legit watched someone spit in my food, all cause I sent it back because it was wrong. When I confronted the rudest hopper I’ve ever met about it she said there’s nothing she could do because they replaced my order already. Don’t go to this location apparently cooks are allowed to spit in food.
