    I first visited this DQ last year and it was great. Now the place is terrible. The burger patty was precooked and the cheese was cold on my cheeseburger. They don't have enough employees to properly and sanitarily run the place. Just nasty

    UPDATE: The response to this review does nothing to address the concerns or offer any reason for me to ever give them my business. Do better DQ. Original review: I'll never go back to this DQ I got a cheeseburger through the drive thru but as I was pulling away I noticed they forgot the cheese. I checked the receipt and confirmed they charged for it. No big deal, since I was still close, I turn around and take the burger inside so they can fix it. When I explain to the girl at the counter (missed the name, but she had purple hair), her response was, "What, do you like just want me to give you a slice of cheese?". I told her that I would like to have the cook add it. At this point the girl working drive thru shouts, " You didn't order cheese". I replied, yes ma'am I did and was charged 80¢ for it. I then went to the vehicle and retrieved my receipt. Then she reaches in her pocket and pulls out a dollar and says, "Here" waiving it at me. I told her I didn't want the dollar, I just want the cheeseburger I ordered. The cook in the back was quite helpful and apologized ( heavily tatted guy w camo hat). He was the only person in this event with a shred of customer service. Overall the meal was fine but the experience sucked. I can get better burgers with friendly service elsewhere.

    I drove into town wanting a quick bite and stopped at dairy queen this young waitress at dairy queen named Savannah she was very kind and made this stop a wonderful experience.
