- LGLana GudgelOct 6, 20251.0Ordered food Saturday night for pick up. I arrived at the designated time to find three other customers waiting in the lobby for their orders and zero employees. All the employees were in the back periodically someone would come to the front and put food in the warmer then walk back to the back completely ignoring all the people in the lobby waiting for their orders. Finally one of the door dashers stopped an employee to ask about the order he was waiting for. After much back and forth the employee pulled the order from the warmer and gave it to the driver then immediately went back to the back and did not address any of the other customers. Another customer got angry and started yelling towards the back in an attempt to get someone to come up to the front and take care of the other customers. A young man did finally come to the front and got the man’s order which was not correct. The man finally just left and did not take his food. One of the other people in the lobby was a door dasher who had been there over 20 minutes when I arrived, she gave up and left without the order. 45 minutes later I finally got my order and left. I will not be back.
