  Idc how petty this comes off. If you offer items like apple or strawberry pies and I order 2+ and you say let me check if we have any cooked and then say you don't, then just stop selling damn things. If you don't want to cook it, don't sell it. This is after like the 10th time getting told that.

  I would say this is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I've eaten at. I live in Gladewater and often get lunch at this Mcdonalds. Every time I walk in the front someone is there to greet me and take my order. They're always patient when I order a lot of food. Sometimes it gets very busy when I come in but the workers are still nice to me. One lady who's always at the front is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. Ive never had too many problems with my food that couldn't be fixed within a few minutes of me saying something about it.

  I have been ordering at this McDonald’s for years and on a regular basis and honestly this review is for only this morning and how I was treated I will just drive a town over for there McDonald’s now I order 6 sausage biscuits and 4 hash browns and one frappe I went through the drive thru and pulled up and checked my bag and there was only 4 sausage biscuits in it I have 3 kids and a husband I didn’t have much money to be getting out to eat anyways this week but decided that would be enough I went back through the drive thru to get my order I paid for also the cashier handed my order out the window to another customer and got it back but I understand that I have done it myself when I work fast food before but I gave my receipt and then proceeded to get argued with by no less the manager saying she put 6 biscuits in my bag herself like I was trying to get free food I had to go to sonic to get a sandwich so I can have something to eat and proceeded to cry in front of the manager there who was trying to offer me some free tots I declined it wasn’t sonic fault I got treated that way and he was so kind to me feeling like a idiot crying about biscuits

  So I always come to this McDonald's to get the same thing two double cheese with tomatoes lettuce and big Mac sauce I get my orders its just two plain cheese burgers with one tomato I go back in to tell the the girl at the registers she proceeds to talk to a customer I assume she knows for about 4 mins before taking her order after she proceed to help me I see her go back I see a guy playing in the kitchen sliding the burgers across the tables no wonder they got my oder wrong unprofessional .
