  I placed an order for a BMT ONLINE ,with special instructions to put meatball sauce on it and I took the mayonnaise off, The first BMT was full of nothing but mayonnaise, so my husband took it in there and had them remake it. but I put in for a second order, made the same exact way as the first order with no mayonnaise and marinara sauce on it, with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions and bell peppers and salt and pepper. That’s it. I get all the way home to find out that he put a ton of jalapeños on my sandwich and now they won’t answer the phone. but the whole time I was in there trying to help him make my sandwich. He didn’t want my help. He wanted to read the paperwork from when I made the online order and still made my sandwich wrong and had a whole attitude while doing it worst food experience ever.

  Great team treated me and my husband amazingly. The amazing guys that worked the closing shift on 3/26/26 deserve what ever incentive subway offers for excellent customer service and also how clean the restaurant was!!!!
