    Jacob was serving us and I think this man deserves a raise. Jacob gave us some of the best service I have ever had at McDonald’s. I was very impressed because he brought our food out and refilled our drinks and everything. He even double checked that we didn’t need anything halfway through our meal! I love this McDonalds and will be returning next time I’m near Gilmer

    Placed an online ordered at 5 went to pick up at 5:15 and they had closed. I called to ask and was told they closed at 6 and basically I needed to figure out how to get my money back on my order it wasn’t their issue that we placed an order and they closed early.

    I would like to start by saying their cashier/server named Jacob was incredibly nice today, 12-17-2025. Food was decent and the place was very clean. We haven't been there in a while and it was a pleasant surprise to be waited on by someone who cared about giving good service. Thanks, Jacob, your friendliness was appreciated.

    I stopped at this McDonald's on December the 1st and ordered an McDonald's Crispy chicken combo and that chicken sandwich was disgusting, the Chicken was old and rubbery and it tasted like old grease, I couldn't even eat it, a total waste of money, I want be stopping there nomore, Beware people.
