Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- ABArtust BBQ1 day ago3.0I want to love Whataburger as I know they seem to be a national Texas treasure but I just can't. Two visits on two trips over from England now and both have been super average. I get it's a fast food place but my son had the kids burger and it was DEAD 💀 So dry and way more mustard than you would expect most kids to want to eat. Staff were great, nice and friendly. But I guess we know how why this place was empty. I'm sure other items on the menu are great, but would I spend my money taking the risk to find out? Nope.

I called and asked about my Uber Eats order and they were rude and bad customer service. They said I guess you just have to come get it your self. I’m at a local truck stop in a semi. Sorriest whataburger customer service ever!!

- BBBethany ButlerFeb 26, 20261.0*UPDATE- it took corporate 2 weeks to get in touch with me because apparently they lost my phone number which is funny because not only did I give it to the person over the phone, my phone number is the number I called from and the manager at the store the night I called she took my phone number so I felt that the ball dropped and on top of that nobody has even suggested compensation like no gift card to you know to cover the cost of the food i couldn't eat, nothing. it felt like oh well she got something in her food we don't give a single bit of space.. Like if you go to this restaurant just expect that if something happens that you're not going to get extraordinary customer service you're going to be treated like a doormat. So i went to the drive thru. Ate my fries first. Finally stopped to eat my big ranch wrap. Well i at random looked down and noticed something that didn't belong, blue something. I picked it out and it was the tip of a glove. Which ruins my appetite. I called the restaurant to let them know. she gave me an incident number. I called got a case number. No one has called back. This happened on on 2.22.26 11pm basically. Very annoyed.
