  Very rude and disrespectful customer service from employees to managers. No one answers the phone. My drinks are always watered down , im always missing a item in my order or they mess my order its always something with this place and I highly don't recommend eating here

  If certain people are not there it is almost impossible for you to get personal service at the counter. Not Senior friendly. Drive thru gets priority. Didn't get waited on today so I left.

  Order was missing items. The employee stood there looking stupid. Said the receipt says combo so how would she know it comes with a taco? Um what? Do you hear yourself. First combo, keyword, common sense, secondly she acted as if I was trying to steal a $2 taco. She needed multiple employees to explain it and she still couldn’t comprehend what a combo was. It was the most embarrassing. I’m still shook the level of ignorance. No napkins. Condiments were low. Stuff happens, items are forgot, that’s ok but idiocy and attitude, well we won’t be back. I’m willing to travel to bastrop or anywhere else.
