  Slowest service ever! They were also out of half of what I originally wanted to order. Hands down- worst sonic

  I'm going to say the only reason I'm even giving one star is because the server was wonderful I waited 35 minutes for my food got my food my whole order was wrong went to pay for it and then they did not have change for $100 absolutely ridiculous I gave the food back and left

  This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. This is the second time this week my food took more than 20 minutes. When my food finally came out, they gave it to the wrong customer. When my order finally came out, the fries were cold. I complained and they brought me a different order of fries. Also cold and rubbery. This is my lunch break. Get it together! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse; I get back to the office and my hamburger was WRONG! No bacon. I won’t be back until I hear of serious improvements

  By far worst sonic I’ve ever been to. This one in giddings is absurd. I just left there. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 orders of fries. That was it. 42min later and still nothing came out! Thank gid I was paying cash and didn’t use card and waste money. Buzzed in twice to get update. All they said was sorry and they were short staffed. Get your shit together Sonic. 40 min?! Someone needs to be fired or do something. Been going down hill there for years.

  Absolutely disgusting. I also ordered a sprite with strawberry fruit added and they added lime fruit and lime flavoring. Took the girl 10 minutes just to go inside and remake the drink. Then asked for a cheese cup for pretzel and she took out 5 different trays to people before finally bringing the cheese cup. AWFUL!!!!
