Our onions rings were forgotten and when I returned to ask for chocolate in my Snickers blizzard so it could taste like the name, one of the front counter workers shook her head and said sad....sad is when you have to walk in to get a drive thru order correct
- TLTai LeeMar 26, 20264.0Got the advertised meal on the window but got gravy instead of soft serve and no napkins anywhere in the facility and the poor guy asked his manager and she sounded frustrated that he asked.. felt bad for him and doesn’t make people feel comfortable when they are trying to bag a customers food correctly in front of them and ask a manager and she seems frustrated and bothered. Not very professional or polite treat staff better made me uncomfortable that I apologized and left with my order wrong.
