    This was our first visit to this location as we are new to the Austin area. We placed our order on the app to our nearest location and I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The store is extremely clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly! Our subs were spectacular the seasoning was exactly what we would expect and the quality was superb! This will now be our favorite Subway and we can't wait to go back!

    This is the second time I’ve gotten my order messed up. I called last time and they said to make a note on my next order so I did. This time it was the wrong bread, no green peppers, no salt and pepper, no extra black olives, no extra banana peppers, the meat was cold. I’m always willing to give a place a second chance since before these last two times I always got the right orders. But I will never order from here again. If you order online always check before you leave to make sure they didn’t mess up the whole order. They also put tomato’s and other stuff my husband didn’t ask for. My husband didn’t check it. I just couldn’t eat anymore of it. Another one that was feed to my dogs.

    I just had to leave a review in hopes that management reads them. I went to have lunch today and had a very good experience , the young lady that helped me was such a sweetheart and she made my sandwich perfect it wasn’t messy and was made exactly like I wanted it. Kudos to Nyk for being such a delight.
