  The employees at the Austin Ave Subway are always so polite, they already know who I am. They always greet me when I stop by and my order is always right!

  Sabrina and Andre are the best!! Not only was my sandwich great, but their customer service is top tier too! Love stopping by here on my lunch break knowing how fast the service is without sacrificing the quality of the food.

  Beautiful customer service! They had such good energy and big smiles! I dont normally leave a review for fast food but if im going to eat in George Town this is the place and just cause the customer service was so good!

  The employees were great and the food is awesome but the screens for ordering a sandwich is probably the dumbest idea I’ve ever seen in a sandwich shop like subway. What idiot puts screens in a sandwich shop that is set up in a line where you get to talk to the person making your sandwich in realtime. Could’ve used the money spent on the stupid screens to give your employees a raise.

  I love to share good reviews but thus has to be noted. First of all the mandatory kiosks are obnoxious because the best thing about Subway is being able to see how much of each thing is going on the sandwich BUT I digress. Sabrina was patient, kind and accommodating! She was an absolute pleasure BUT the guy with the glasses was rude because I ordered extra mayo on the kiosk and he put a skinny little line. I asked for more and he went on a tizzy about people wanting too many ingredients on their sandwich and the sandwich not closing. WHAT DOES MAYO HAVE TO DO WITH THE SANDWICH CLOSING?! The whole time Sabina was telling him its okay to add the mayo! SIR! And then he put so many bellpeppers and olives on it (when I ordered light on the KIOSK) I had to tell him you added olives already😫 He was like I needed to add more...says who?! Beware if he is the one making your sandwich cause he even rolled his eyes at us when my son walked up to see what the problem was!
