  Ordered online. Waited 30 min after I arrived & left without my order. I don't know what happened to my order but the least they could have done was offered me a comped meal for wasting my time & fuel. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the guy that came out to talk to me each time was very nice & apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. The manager is the one to blame for not accommodating me correctly. Highly disappointed after this visit.

  My daughter ordered and paid for a shake, and asked for a medium shake, but her server gave her a small and then told her that what she ordered. She was charged for a medium but her shake was a small, and the worker (she does not remember his name but she said he had a “no lettuce” sticker on his name tag, he was blond, and probably in high school. He did not apologize, and my daughter did not want to be rude so she just took the shake. Would not recommend.

  If you haven't visited this location lately, you should give it another shot. Especially if you’ve tried it before and left a review, you need to come back and retry it. I’m a frequent customer here. This branch used to be just "okay," but something changed about two months ago. I actually waited two months to write this because I wanted to see if they were consistent, and they are consistently better now. The burgers are incredibly fresh, the cheese is perfectly melted, the buns are fluffy, and the chicken is juicy and cooked to perfection. It is a genuine 10/10 fast-food experience and a major level-up. If someone from HQ is reading this, you need to figure out what this branch did and standardize it across all other locations. This is gold.

  I wanted to leave a review about the manager here, Jesus Layton! It was my twins 11th birthday a few days ago and all they wanted to do was go to Whataburger for a special birthday meal and get a birthday stuffy 😂. Jesus went out of his way to make their day so special. He made them both special birthday bags full of Whataburger swag. They were out of the burger plushies, but he made a special order to get them both one along with all the special goodies. They couldn’t have been happier and he absolutely made their day. Not many managers would take the time to do this for two kiddos, so major kudos to him! Thank you again Jesus for making their day extra special! I added a couple of photos to show how excited they were.

  Apparently the drive thru is the only customers that matter. Went in around 10:30 pm and had to holler for someone to even acknowledge we were at the front counter and then the lady taking our had a terrible attitude. We did receive our order in a timely manner but was not even offered ketchup. My husband then stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the manager walked past him 6 times while using foul language but never once even acknowledged he was standing at the counter. While I do understand that the drive thru was busy and maybe they were short handed but that is still not an excuse for the terrible service that we received.
