    This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff here should invest in hearing aids because they managed to mess up my order 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been there. I don’t know why I keep punishing myself by coming back. They CONSTANTLY DISAPPOINT. They always manage to forget to put food in the bag. Then they always run out of mild sauce. How are you consistently out of it? Are the employees drinking it on their lunch break? Sadly I will still be going here because it is the closest Taco Bell. I hope things improve and changes are made.

    As the drive thru was backed up I went inside. There were men huddled around the order kiosk so went to the counter. No one even acknowledged I was there. Finally was able to order from kiosk. I waited 30 minutes for 2 sliders. In the meantime the drive thru lane cleared. Seems they were only fulfilling those orders. Finally someone saw me standing there and asked my name and filled my order. Never Again.

    It's really a shame that so many restaurants have decided that counter staff is not important. So many times I have gone into this restaurant to pick up delivery orders, and have it take forever to be acknowledged by staff. Taco Bell wants everybody to place orders through a kiosk instead of having actual interaction with an employee. That's all well and good unless you need to pick up an order that was placed online, or want to modify something in an order. This isn't the staff's fault. However it's very frustrating when you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to speak to anybody so you can pick up an order that's been sitting on their shelf for Lord knows how long. What really prompted this review is that I had to use the drive-thru this past weekend to pick up a delivery order. There were several cars ahead of me, and when I finally got up to the speaker box to let them know I was picking up a delivery, I was told that there was a 20 minute wait. I asked about all the other people that had gone through the drive-thru that were ordering food, and they said that they were getting their food right away because they didn't order through a third party app. The order I was picking up had one item. The order had already been paid. I kindly explained that I was a customer by proxy. This was still an order for paying customer, and why should they have to wait because they had somebody else pick up the order for them. I asked why they don't treat all customers in the same manner. After a long pause, I was told I could pull forward to pick up the order. I'm not sure whose bright idea it was to put certain customers on a back burner, but it is bad business! On multiples visits, I have also been told to exit the drive-thru even though nobody was behind me. It was confirmed that they ask you to do this because there is a timer at the drive-thru window. So, when they ask you to exit the drive-thru before checking your order, the staff is undermining the metrics put in place for order handling. Therefore, I tell the staff that I will leave the drive-thru once I have verified that all items are in my order. I refuse to circle around the building, especially if there's other cars that are ordering. A customer should not have to be placed at the end of a line if they have to come back for a missing item (which I have received quite a few incomplete orders).

    This is the third time we've gone to this location. Because of past experiences, I knew that I ought to specifically ask that they leave the quesadilla in the warmer long enough to melt the cheese. This is the result of that request. It is impossible to eat. I'll drive a longer distance next time to another location.
