  Came in earlier today to pick up something quick for home. I had asked to build a sandwich when the staff asked if I wanted cheese with my sub. I said yes, but did not realize I hadnt specified what kind of cheese I wanted, which shouldnt have been a big deal. I began requesting other things with the sandwich, forgetting about the cheese when the staff immediately took a harsh tone with me and said "first of all, I asked you what cheese you wanted." I was kind of blown away at the tone and response that I kind of spaced out for a second trying to process this. The elderly woman taking my order then walked away from the counter after this and had the younger man take over. I walked out and said they were very rude and the woman tried to excuse her tone by telling me she had a stomach ache. I understand if you are not feeling good at work or having a bad day, but that is no excuse to speak to the customer in the manner she was speaking to me. I won't be coming back and I'd recommend anyone coming to this Subway to just drive an extra few miles to another one because the customer service here is garbage and they will talk down to you like a dog. The elderly staff in particular need serious training on customer interaction, because to have an attitude with the customer for no reason is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

  Love this subway! They’re always super quick and friendly no matter how busy. Ordered in store for the first time today and had some issues with my app, the team was very patient and got it sorted out quickly. I will only come to this location for my sandwiches!!

  Worst store , they dont keep it clean and they mix meat with veg , they dont follow instructions and they r making veg one with meat prepared glouse , I can say worst , and I dint say anything to them they prepared wrong order I politely asked they r making other one but theor behavior is weird with that intentions in mind if they prepre food and give also that is not good

  i came to the subway in georgetown and as soon as i walked in i got a warm welcoming and smiles shelia was one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met she made my day go by much better and put a smile on my face she deserves a raise and i will definitely be coming back here just to see her again this subway was also super clean and well put together i usually eat in my car but the big windows and clean tables i couldn’t pass up and ate inside

  I ordered a 6" sub here, and when I got it, it was no where near 6 inches, maybe about 1-2 quarters long? So I think they gave me a sandwich and never pulled it out of the warmer, but the poor service and behavior from all staff here was appalling. So when I complained about the length of my sandwich I was given very unwelcoming behavior from a guy who didn't seem to care about my issues and then had the "nerve" to tell me the price before I had a chance to comment further. He also decided not to listen to me while I was explaining my problems and just walked away without so much as saying sorry for the inconvenience. Bad food and really bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend going here, period. Also, when I tried a bite of the sub, it had an odd taste that kind of suggests that someone might have had their way with it, (possibly spit, I don't know), so it was not good, even if it had been the right size, which it wasn't. Ugh, no"
