  Bought 3 happy meals, they all had the same Mario toy. I went inside to try and exchange 2/3 for different toys, but they said they only had duplicates of the same toy. Don't advertise 12 different toys and encourage kids to collect them all if you're only going to stock blind boxes with the same 1 toy over and over.

  Designed for failure. Truck or trailer too big to go through the drive through? We usually just park and go in but here there is almost no parking. Nobody at the counter? Forced to use the kiosk, which would be fine if it worked. No way to add Mac sauce either. Takes your payment and then doesn’t print receipt. Then order is cancelled because of insufficient inventory. Then you finally go flag someone down from the back and they show you that there is plenty in the inventory. Of course you can’t prove that you paid because no receipt printed. Automation is fine if it WORKS. The only good thing was the employees attitude. They are apparently quite used to picking up the slack for their incompetent automated system.

  We pulled up with 1 CAR 1 and ordered only a happy meal for my kid. pulled up to the window and was pointed to the drive thru waiting area and then 4 orders had been handed out while we were waiting I went in and asked about my order and the manager had no clue what I was talking about and had no urgency to get the order this McDonald’s is horrible with very bad customer service and care.

  Food was McDonalds food. Though it was hot and good it was fast food. Atmosphere was clean and tidy I just miss the old days of play place and video games in there, the decor and layout of these new buildings are just depressing. Now to the real star of this review!!!! Felix the cashier seriously needs a raise and be promoted to corporate manager! He is phenomenal with customers, he always answers questions, he always has a smile on his face, and his demeanor is just amazing. He was wonderful with my autistic 4yo daughter who can be picky and a handful at times. He gave her a toy even though she had a breakfast meal because she really wanted one and before she had time to have a melt down he gave her a small bag with a toy inside. He truly is a blessing. If you ever go to this facility definitely see Felix and ask the manager to give him a raise because man he truly left an impact on me as a mother and my daughter as well. She was so happy. I really hope management sees this and gives him the praise he so absolutely deserves.

  I'm gonna be honest, when I go to a McDonald's I don't have high expectations, but this one here exceeded mine. This review goes out to the wonderful young man named Felix, top tier customer service and extremely friendly. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!
