  One of the biggest HEB I have ever been in. I was so impressed. Just a cool place to shop in. Has everything you would ever want and then some. Also if you need to get your steps in, this is absolutely the place. 😆 The Texas BBq restaurant inside is a must to try.

  Today (April 2), I asked an employee for help finding eggplant, but he did not help me. This has happened before as well. When I ask him questions, he says “we don’t have it” without checking, and his tone is not polite. However, when I ask other employees, they check and help me find the item. The employee was wearing a black t-shirt and glasses. I hope this can be improved because other staff members are helpful.

  Wow 1st time @ a H.E.B. store. A perfect role model for "the neighborhood or Community store". This store had all it's "Garden" dept. out front & at least 2 friendly employees out there working in it the same as each area inside the store. It is a bright, open & clean very busy store. All the people were friendly & seemed happy!! Yes, that sounds weird to say but what I noticed was as busy & kinda crowded it was the people were enjoying their shopping. I noticed Employees everywhere, either tending to shelves of products or talking w'a customer. It was a very pleasant experience. This Store does not have any 'Weekly Sales Paper' which is probably why their overall storewide prices are so good!! I gave it 4 out of 5 simply because I didn't get to experience all it has to offer yet. I will look in the next cities for this store to shop in & you should too!!

  As is the case with most HEBs, this store is leagues beyond the competition. The selection, the quality and the prices cannot be beat. That's not to say that all HEBs are the same though. This store has a quirk. And it's not the only store with this quirk. Thankfully, most HEBs fall into other categories of individualism. What I'm talking about is the obsession with having the store closed down, lights out and doors locked at 11:01pm. The Georgetown HEB is one of the least tolerant of shoppers who work late or for some other reason must try to get their groceries after 10:30. I've had workers block my basket from entering an aisle and warn me that the register may already be closed. But that's just one store. I visit HEBs all over the place and this only happens once in a while. Yet, at Georgetown #1, it happens reliably.

  HEB Floral Department This review is a Month late and a dollar short but I can not give enough praise to these wonderful people. I can't give away too many details to keep from setting everyone else's expectations too high but these girls went so far above and beyond to take care of this customer on the most absolutely busiest day of the year (Valentines day) and they couldn't have made the recipient any happier. OMG! The flowers were beautiful and you made two people very happy that day. Y'all are AMAZING! Thank you!!!
