- C1chinni 16582 days ago3.0I had a very frustrating experience here. I waited over 30 minutes just for a large Cajun fries order. When I checked midway, the staff said it wasn’t ready yet and that they were still working on it. Later, when an order was finally called, I thought it was mine—but it turned out to be order number 5, while mine was number 1. That’s when I heard staff asking each other if my order had even been made. It was clear they had skipped my order completely. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. Being made to wait 30 minutes while my order is overlooked is unacceptable—especially when there were at least 5 staff members working and it didn’t seem understaffed at all. To make things worse, the fries were very soft and not crispy at all, which was really disappointing after such a long wait.

Service here has always been ok but tonight was rude. Told the pick up counter person have a great day and he just stood there. Great attitude bro. Probably last time for me. The whole atmosphere was off in general.

Because the guy at the register kept putting in the little combo and even after correcting him several times, instead of fixing it, stood there arguing with me. Then when I asked for the large drink, he said it's not part of the combo I DID NOT WANT!!!! He still put the order in wrong. At that point I just got a refund and left. Even the lady behind me piped in saying to just put in the order correctly. Could not PAY ME to go back. I'd rather spend half the money at McDonald's

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
