It's OK. I've dined here twice for lunch and the food has been mediocre, at best, both times. On this occasion, I ordered the Big Dipper: sliced top sirloin, caramelized onions, provolone cheese on a baguette with steamy au jus, with onion rings.

The sandwich: the meat was so overly cooked, it was tough to eat, burned, and even crunchy in spots. You truly had to rip it with your teeth just to manage a small bite, and they forgot to put on the cheese. It was just beyond dry-even with the au jus- and overly done, making it unappetizing. I cannot recommend it from my experience. The price doesn't justify what you receive.
The Onion Rings: They were OK. Much better than the sandwich.

Service: They offered phenomenal customer service, we were seated promptly, and there was not a long wait for our entrées.

Atmosphere: Beautiful restaurant and great ambiance.

Prior visit: I ordered the Texas Sized Pastrami Reuben and encountered the same problem: the sandwich was overly done, not prepared well, and unappetizing.
I haven't had any luck with their sandwiches and the onion rings are just OK.

I'm not entirely sure I'll attempt a third visit, but as they say, "The third time is the charm."
If you go, avoid the sandwiches, or don't have high hopes in that department.
