- LLluv2cherishMar 7, 20263.0I went in store on 03/06/26 at 6:29 pm. I am just sharing to make the owner aware of what I experienced I slept on it and it bothered me so much that I am posting this. There were two staff members in kitchen area a young man who saw me an start walking to the back he was not helping anybody just kept walking further back and looking at me. By the way there was nobody in the drive thru and I was the only customer in the store. There was a black girl Tabitha who ended up helping me making a bowl when I came in and her back was to me, I stood there and when she turned around she apologized for not noticing me and proceeded to help me. I don't know why this happened she was nice and helped me but the atmosphere was terrible and like I said why didn't he help me or acknowledge me instead of walking further back and just looking. It was weird and uncomfortable not just for me I felt for the young lady working there. Another girl came from the back before I received my smoothie and went in the back with the young man. I usually go to Cedar Park but I live Georgetown. Please work on staff with customer service and team work it was terrible. I don't know how she works with the two of them.

I was at another business right before I stopped here & their cs was pathetic. Cant wait to try my Thai wrap!!
