- JJJasmine5 days ago2.0I visited this Subway location during my lunch break and had an disappointing experience. I ordered a Subway Club with bacon, toasted. After taking my order, the employee placed my sandwich in the toaster. While it was toasting, another customer had ordered a Veggie Delight. Instead of continuing my order, the employee proceeded to make the other customer’s sandwich from start to finish, allowing her to step ahead of me in line and check out with another employee while my sandwich was completely forgotten in the toaster. I was left standing there waiting until I finally said “that is rude” and explained that I had been first in line and that my sandwich had been ignored. Only after I complained did the employee resume making my sandwich. This location clearly needs better training in customer service, communication, and basic courtesy.

I don't usually leave reviews, but it was Christmas Eve and she was so friendly when many others aren't on a day like this. The restaurant was clean, she was pleasant and the food was good. You can tell the changes since the new management took over.

The prep area is always clean and everything is fresh. I feel the bad reviews were prior management. I highly recommend this subway.
