The first time, despite checking in twice ahead of the pickup date, the bakery "forgot" to make the cake and left me to buy something generic. I gave them another shot and ordered an ice cream cake. Once again, I checked in on two separate occasions and was reassured that everything would be ready on time and, lo and behold, a cake was indeed prepared! Did I specifically reference, and pay for, an ice cream cake (which they pulled out of the freezer)? Yes. Was it an ice cream cake? No. Will I order another cake from this Randalls? Absolutely not.
