  That's the first time i've been to jimmy john's.I was always under the assumption they had cold sandwiches only.But I got a chicken, bacon, ranch toasted and it was very good.

  Ordered a Cuban. This sandwich is supposed to be toasted. I ordered it online for my husband so he could have a nice hot sandwich. He picked it up right after it was completed. It was ice cold. If a sandwich is supposed to be hot and toasted please make it correct.

  By the time I was done placing my order and had paid my sandwiches were done and handed to me! Super fast service and really friendly staff!

  *PREGNANT WOMEN BE AWARE** I visited this location requesting a sandwich with the meat heated due to pregnancy-related food safety precautions. The employee at the counter was dismissive and inconsistent in her explanations , initially stating they were “too busy,” then later claiming they simply “cannot” heat sandwiches. When I asked whether any accommodations are made for pregnant customers or basic food safety concerns, she responded abruptly and with noticeable rudeness. The manager on duty was significantly more professional and calmly explained that heating sandwiches is prohibited under corporate policy. I appreciate the manager’s respectful approach; however, the interaction with the initial employee reflected a concerning lack of customer service training and professionalism. More importantly, Jimmy John’s corporate policies appear rigid and outdated. Offering a basic option to heat deli meat , particularly given widely known pregnancy food safety guidelines , would be a simple and reasonable accommodation. Many competitors already provide this flexibility. As it stands, Jimmy John’s does not meaningfully accommodate pregnant customers or those with legitimate food safety needs, which is disappointing for a national brand.
