They were out of the syrup I usually get for my drink, but they recommended a substitute called Cookie, and it was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated their friendly attitude, great conversation, and the thoughtful recommendation. It totally made my day — and now I think I’ve found a new favorite drink. - DCDave CopelOct 9, 20253.0I come here a lot, usually its great but last night the person working there really dropped the ball and since there is no phone number to call i guess i'll leave this here for you guys: My order was wrong and not because the person working made a human mistake, it was because they were blasting music, taking pictures of the sunset on their phone and overal not caring about their job. I wish i could say it was just some kid but this person told me they had a wife so clearly it was an adult acting like this. Anyways here's a picture of the liquid sugar in a cup i ordered that you weren't paying attention to because sending your wife pictures of the pretty sunset was more important to you than a paying customer thats spent probably over $1,000 at this location alone.
- MPMiel PerezOct 7, 20251.0i went by today and the girl who took my order was nice, but the person who gave me my drink was very rude. i said that the drink did not have the drizzle around the cup and on top like pictured and he/she had just taken the drink rudely and was visibly irritated with me for no reason. they threw the drink in another cup right in front of me and went to the back. it looked like they were saying stuff about me asking for the drizzle in the cup. i work at another dutch in san antonio, so i dont really appreciate all the attitude when i simply asked for drizzle after they had messed up my drink twice. and customer perception is what matters so acting like that in front of a customer is so unprofessional.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
